Metafit - Lunch Time Blitz

Are you ready to be try something new?

Metafit is a quick 30minute intense workout that takes fitness training up a notch. Its taken Australia by storm and now I'm here to bring it to Auckland, New Zealand.

It combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'old - school' bodyweight exercises to set your metabolism on fire!  

Regular Metafit workouts will make you fitter, stronger and leaner and will also take your energy levels through the roof. But if all that’s not enough to encourage you to give it a go, here are a few more reasons.... 

It Only Takes 25-30 Minutes

Metafit involves short bursts of intense exercise, followed by recovery periods of low intensity activity or rest. Do Metafit 2 times a week and see ya later, body fat!  

You’ll Be Burning Fat For Hours After You’ve Finished Training

Unlike low intensity cardio such as jogging, Metafit will have you burning calories for hours and hours after you have finished your workout. We call this the afterburn effect. During this time your metabolic rate is boosted, so your body continues to burn more calories and more fat. The more intense the workout, the greater the effects will be, so you should always aim to push yourself as hard as you can.  

Metafit Can Be Tailored To Different Fitness Levels

Metafit workouts can be tailored to your fitness level, so whether you’re 20 years old or 50, a solid Metafit session is all relative to your personal level of fitness. As a qualified coach I can adapt the exercises to suit you. The aim is to get your heart rate up to near maximal levels during the intense sets, before recovering during the rest periods.

Note: Bootcamps, Boxing and Pilates classes are on hold at the moment but if you have a group of people who would like any of these classes please contact me and this can be arranged.
